Clay was referred to me as a first-time entrepreneur with an opportunity to acquire a business from a retiring owner. Over time, Clay acquired four additional companies and expanded into multiple locations and facilities.
What began as traditional coaching evolved into an Adaptive Edge partnership involving Clay and his leadership team, including weekly leadership meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
Tony was a seasoned entrepreneur and former corporate executive launching a business in an unfamiliar but passion-driven industry.
From early concept development through planning, state licensing, launch, and the first year of operation, I worked alongside Tony as a strategic partner—helping him think through decisions, avoid costly missteps, and stay aligned with his long-term objectives.
As the business became established, Tony transitioned naturally from Adaptive Edge into Strategic Edge and later Clarity Edge.
